Summerville and Castlereagh are located on the opposite banks of the Castlereagh Lake while Norwood is at the other end of the valley. While Summerville and Castlereagh can be reached by boat, Norwood is at the other end of the valley about 15 minutes away by car and Tientsin is about 30 minutes away in the next valley.

The four-roomed Summerville colonial bungalow set up on an elevation overlooking a reservoir surrounded by the tea plantations is renovated and refurbished making the best out of colonial and modern concepts of luxury living.
